Because you forgot, want a change or because the validity date comes to an end, it is important to know how to change your password.
If you still have access to your account:
- Log into the platform
- On the right top corner, click on My Profile
- In the Change Password part, you can enter your old and new password
- Validate by clicking on Change Password
- Your password is now updated. The validity date will start again at 180 days
If you don't have access to your account (Account is not expired):
- Go to the platform
- Click on Forgot your password
- On the new screen, enter the email address you used to access your QMENTA account
- You will receive an email with a link to help you resetting your password
If you don't have access to your account (Account is expired):
Please contact us and we will activate it for you.
