What is a promotional or project code?

A promotional code can be used when sharing a project with new users.
The code helps the new user:

• to avoid the obligation to contact us directly to validate the registration
• to get access to the corresponding project immediately, with the proper roles and permissions

How to obtain and share a project code

To receive a project code, the owner of the project must contact us. We provide the owner with the project code, which the owner then has to send by e-mail to the would-be collaborator, admin or guest.

Please note that the platform does not provide the ability to send a project code. To do so, please use your own e-mail address.
