You have two ways to start a new analysis.
- From the view of the 'Analysis' tab, by clicking on 'Start analysis'.
- From the view of the 'Data' tab, by selecting data and clicking on 'Start analysis'.
In both cases, the same panel comes up. It is useful to check if the selected data fulfils the requirements of the analysis. To do so, check the description of the 'required inputs', and click on 'Data' to see the summary of your dataset and its modalities.
As long as the analysis is not too basic, it is possible to customize its settings. To know how the settings work please take a look at the corresponding analysis under 'Tools Catalogue' on this link.
