ABIDE

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is qualitative impairment in social cooperation together with repetitive, restricted, and stereotyped behaviors/interests. ASD is estimated to occur in more than 1% of children.

ABIDE dataset

ABIDE (The Autism Brain Imaging Data Exchange) contains more than 1000 datasets from individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and typical controls.
It includes resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) data, phenotypic data, in addition to anatomical datasets collected from 17 international sites including Stanford University, KU Lueven, NYU, and UCLA.
The phenotypic data consists of 73 fields such as gender, handedness, Diagnostic group and so on. The age range of participants is 7 to 64 years.

Files

1046 subjects are collected from the latest database of ABIDE. (510 from individuals with ASD and 536 from typical controls)

T1 and rs-fMRI images are provided.
