Representative tags for uploaded files

In addition to the automatic modality classification, representative tags may also be added by the Medical Image Upload Tool depending on the file. A non-exhaustive list of the possible tags added per file type is shown below:

• MRI: spgr, mprage, se, flair, gr, post_contrast, magnitude, phase, multi_echo, localizer, …
• CT: post_contrast, monitoring, perfusion, angio, venogram, …
• PET: fdg, amyloid, pib, tau, …
• Image files: png, jpeg, bmp, tiff, gif, …
• Tables: csv, tsv, xls, …
• Additional file formats: pdf, mat, …

The following images shows a representative classification and tagging of a set of medical imaging data. The color-coded text in capital letters corresponds to the QMENTA Modality (a.k.a modality), while the text in lower case with a blue background corresponds to QMENTA Tags (a.k.a. tags).
